Sample Sale Return procedure:

Step 1: Send an email to support@tetedemulecouture.com that you'd like to return an item.
Step 2: Send your item(s) in new condition to
Havenweg 21T,
3812PR,
Amersfoort.

Expect your refund within 14 days after receival.

We can only give you a refund when the products have not been used and have been returned within 30 days after purchase. We hope you understand.

Unfortunately, you are responsible for the refund shipping costs. 

Step 1: Make a return label, you can do that here.

Step 2: Make a parcel with the products you would like to return in the original condition, and add the return label. 

Step 3: The sealed package, with a return label, is to be sent to :

Step 4: Once we've received your parcel you can expect a refund within 14 days. 

If you haven't automatically received your refund within 14 days, don't worry. Just send us an email and we will refund you within 3-5 business days.
